Sharing your Intuit Developer Portal workspace

Collaborating with your coworkers is easier than ever! We recently introduced a new concept of workspaces to help you seamlessly collaborate, share resources, and keep projects organized.

Think of workspaces as folders where your apps reside. In each workspace, you can add team members and share access to apps within that workspace. With a shared workspace, you can collaborate with others as you build, test, maintain, and market your app. The workspace owner has full privileges and permissions and can invite coworkers to be team members at any time.

The owner of a shared workspace can:

  • Allocate specific work to team members based on their roles.
  • Assign permissions to team members for better security and confidence that the right people have access to just what they need.
  • Manage apps to help ensure a smooth transition when a coworker leaves the company or team.
  • Make sure the right people get relevant information from Intuit developer support.

Team members can be added and managed from your app dashboard after selecting My Hub > Workspaces > Workspace name > Team members.

You can create additional workspaces to better organize your apps and team. Just select My Hub > Workspaces > Create Workspace using the + icon.

For each workspace, you can have a unique address and contact information. This is especially useful if your teams are located in different geographic locations.
